Unreliable/horrible

I wasted my precious vacation day trying to go from Rome to Naples. The first driver did not respond, 1 hour wasted! The second driver was going to be late one hour and instead was late for 3 hours. I booked for 11:00 and at 14:00 I was still waiting at the station. Wasted a full day and never made it to Naples. The trip was canceled and I was charged on credit card. Could not find a way to report or to get a refund. This app is a no no. Do yourself a favor and find another way for transportation. Awful experience!
