Every time I try to make a reservation the app says I need to update the app to continue, problem is there is no update.

This app has dumb rules about profile photos. Its probably only good in its own home country. Its not sophisticated enough to handle different language settings. They have a lot of work to do.

Im not sure why but since Ive updated today I cant book any rides!!

Needs option to enter recurrent rides. Its a drag to enter the same trip every day.

I have only tried it for in-country trips, but it has been flawless. There no rule for photos and they added recurrent trips. So far I havent noticed anything wrong with it. Enjoy!

I dont have it, I hate it. So I cant use the app. Now I hate this app, too.

Still needs a lot of work So many options are missing comparing to the site . You can only change the language according to the country which is so stupid ! It doesnt show all the rides possible ,you have to go to site to see all rides available

Great app for people who travel a lot. Makes your trip easier an cheep. Plus u have chance to meet new friends.

The way the reservation system are made is so complicated and takes a lot of time to be done Compared to different applications for traveling its absolute the worst

Priceless app and the most straightforward money saving safe travel app but you cant localize language or localize currency !!!!! This means that if I am in Italy I have to use Italian and euro, if I want English I must change to U.K and £ which can be greatly confusing. Cant you guys change this instead of the other useless things you keep changing!!!!!

1: unable to change the display language of the App! 2: some countries is not available like (Austria)! 3: unable to change the country if you already choose one and you reinstall the App to do that

Private message communication has 24 hour delay, making it impossible to schedule the trip, as the most of the people ask about the availability instead of requesting.

There could be more options to tailor the app to the user. if you want the app to display in a certain language, then you have to change your location which changes the currency you use. If I live in germany and want to have the app in english then i should be able to do that without having to post rides and charge pounds.

Very unsafe, no regulation at all, not efficient. Their "verification" is nonexistent... How can people be safe if you dont know the driver, or if he has license or insurance or if he is a good driver.. I had the worst experience here

This app is very simple and totally amazing yet theres this issue which I always encounter when uploading a profile pic! Please fix this because the latest update didnt come up with a solution and Im still struggling to upload a pic and it keeps saying error or cannot detect a face also my face is clearly shown! Again, please do fix this because its very disappointing! Thank you and keep up the good work.
