This is a nice app

This app is game changer!

Its incredibly awesome, it helpes me to save some money when I travel through Europe.

Lacks some functionality in comparison to the web site though it is the best rides sharing platform.

I cant use the app. It doesnt find the location whether I write it and pick it from the list or geolocate it.

Altough this is a good way to get around and it still being cheaper than the Deutsche Bahn, this company has bought many of the other major sites offering similar service in order to establish a monopoly. Now they have introduced (for some time actually) a reservation fee of a minimum of 20% of the actual ride fare per person - GOING UP TO ACTUALLY 100% reservation fee per ride fare per person!!!! Although this was originally supposed to be a) an ecological way of transportation b) a cheap way for people to get around , these people turned it into their money machine to extract horrendous amounts of taxes. Just think of how many rides per day are executed -and for every single person, they get several euros... Further Cons: - you cant connect with travelers unless paying a fee (this is to ensure that the fee goes straight over to the company) *The point is, that these fees do not correlate in a healthy proportion in regards to the offered services.*

There are almost zero carpools from where I am to other places. I would like to see an option to, instead of accept or deny a carpool from someone, I could suggest that I would like to go somewhere. Once people see that more people want this carpool they can arrange one!

It is used a lot in Europe and is very useful. It helps people get to their destination faster and cheaper

Very useful, I always find/give rides. But the messaging system is horrible, and there could be some image/location sharing so we could arrange the meeting point better. Many people do not understand even if we explain in the description/texting.

I live in Germany so I need to use Euro without changing the language to German which I dont understand. That is not possible although technically it is easy. If you switch the language to English then it will charge you with British Pound. No other option!!

I tried to create an account, but I couldnt since it said my number was already in use so I tried to contact the support team and it was an imposible mission. So now I cant create an account. Great bla bla car .l.

While the service itself is quite good, the app lacks some important functionality, like unable to connect with passenger. Website is much more usable even with its own bugs

I have been using blablacar since the very first day of its inception. It was everything one could ask for. It was reliable, fast and secure. The current developments made it very sickening to use. 3€ charge for a 16€ trip?? It doesnt make any sense. It would be better if a yearly membership fee is introduced and the previous features are retained. Blablacar are you listening?

The service is good, but the new in-app booking process brings with it a nightmare of half-baked functionality and missing use-case interactions. Critical information is not available in the app for no apparent reason.

Its so kind of them that they review our suggestions.
