The app is easy to use, beautiful, the profile of the users are perfect with the identification of ID and trustable.

It is perfect to find a road mate, but some people are problem, at the time of leave, two people discussed with me and denied traveling with me...

Altough this is a good way to get around and it still being cheaper than the Deutsche Bahn, this company has bought many of the other major sites offering similar service in order to establish a monopoly. Now they have introduced (for some time actually) a reservation fee of a minimum of 20% of the actual ride fare per person - GOING UP TO ACTUALLY 100% reservation fee per ride fare per person!!!! Although this was originally supposed to be a) an ecological way of transportation b) a cheap way for people to get around , these people turned it into their money machine to extract horrendous amounts of taxes. Just think of how many rides per day are executed -and for every single person, they get several euros... Further Cons: - you cant connect with travelers unless paying a fee (this is to ensure that the fee goes straight over to the company) *The point is, that these fees do not correlate in a healthy proportion in regards to the offered services.*

I love the idea of BlablaCar and have a feeling I will be using it a lot more frequently in the future. However, in searching for locales in the application, it frequently comes back saying there are no trips available. Was able to use my account online to book a reservation in 30 seconds.

Please remove this popup that keep asking for a review! EVEN WHEN YOU ALREADY WROTE IT!!! One star, just because of that. It is 2016, nobody is doing they anymore!

I wasted my precious vacation day trying to go from Rome to Naples. The first driver did not respond, 1 hour wasted! The second driver was going to be late one hour and instead was late for 3 hours. I booked for 11:00 and at 14:00 I was still waiting at the station. Wasted a full day and never made it to Naples. The trip was canceled and I was charged on credit card. Could not find a way to report or to get a refund. This app is a no no. Do yourself a favor and find another way for transportation. Awful experience!

Im from India, but currently in Germany. I dont speak German, and I dont pay in Rupees. You need an option where the language is English but currency is Euros.

Used only once as the driver. A great way to share the cost of travel. App certainly needs many tweaks but I think for the driver this is a great way to share some costs (after the first person you will make a profit).
